Pultrusion

An industrial automated technique allowing the continuous fabrication of forms in composite materials from synthesised resins. Pultrusion therefore allows the build-up of various shapes, of sections and of variable thicknesses. The length of the pultruded shape is not limited.

Pultrusion is a manufacturing process of continuous forms from reinforcements and thermohardened resinss,. This allows us to obtain a finished product from the pultrusion machines.

The forms can be :

  • Varied shapes
  • Full or hollow
  • Continuous sections.

The process is continuous, widely automated, allowing us to satisfy important markets.

The pultrusion conditions :

  • Wall thickness : minimum 2 mm
  • Mechanical resistance: Between 15 and 40 GPa in flexing module.

All the colors RAL are possible, tinted throughout. The areas of application are numerous.
