RIM (DCPD, Urethane)

Process : This molding process consists in the injection of two composite liquids in one closed mold, that when put in contact react chemically together to form a solid (thermohardening). The mold is heated and put on an intermediate tonnage press. The part thickness is well controlled as it is a closed mold process.

Mold : Closed mold in epoxy, aluminum or nickel.
